This post explains the Privacy Policy section: 10. Children's Privacy. It is based on TSF’s published privacy policy and is intended to make our data practices easier for donors, volunteers, partners and visitors to understand.
Our programmes (Education, Health, Rural Development) may involve photographs, stories, or testimonials of minor beneficiaries. We collect and publish such content only with informed consent from a parent, guardian, or authorised institutional representative, and in accordance with our child safeguarding and image-use guidelines (no exploitative imagery; focus on dignity and agency, per UN Photo Guidelines). The Website is not intended for direct use by children under 18 to submit personal information independently (e.g., donation or volunteer forms), and we do not knowingly collect such data directly from minors without guardian involvement.
